Meet The Team

Physiotherapist & Manual Therapist | Co-founder
Joran Point
Joran obtained a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy at KU Leuven and completed additional postgraduate training in Manual Therapy (special professional qualification).
He places great importance on accurate diagnosis based on thorough clinical assessment and considers this the essential foundation for developing a targeted and individualized treatment plan.
Within the practice, Joran primarily focuses on sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, with particular attention to load management, progressive capacity building, and safe, goal-oriented return-to-sport guidance. He regularly works with competitive athletes and has experience supporting both individual performers and sports clubs.
Manual therapy is applied purposefully as a supportive intervention aimed at pain modulation and optimization of mobility, enabling exercise therapy to be implemented as efficiently as possible and promoting sustainable, long-term results.

Knee consultant | Co-founder
Justine D'Hondt
As a physiotherapist and elite athlete, Justine D’Hondt combines scientific expertise with years of experience at the highest level of sport. Holding a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (Ghent University) and actively competing in the Women’s Volleyball Liga A, she fully understands the physical and mental impact of injury.
Alongside her work in private practice, Justine serves as a physician assistant to a specialized knee orthopedic surgeon. This allows her to be closely involved in the diagnosis, follow-up, and management of complex knee conditions, acting as a key link between doctor, patient, and rehabilitation process.
She provides specialized knee consultations focused on thorough clinical evaluation, functional analysis, and personalized, evidence-based advice. Each care pathway is developed within a structured fast-track model, aimed at efficient, safe, and sustainable recovery.
She supports patients with acute and chronic knee injuries, sports-related conditions, post-operative recovery, persistent knee pain, and second-opinion requests, in close collaboration with specialized healthcare professionals.
Through her combined clinical expertise, athletic background, and medical collaboration, Justine helps each patient gain clarity, confidence, and direction toward optimal recovery and performance.

Physiotherapist
Andi Leemans
Andi obtained a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy at the VUB and is currently completing a postgraduate programme in Manual Therapy.
Within the practice, he rehabilitates both athletes with specific performance goals and patients aiming to return to physical activity or to gradually improve their physical capacity. The approach is always tailored to the patient’s level, goals and daily context.
He has a strong interest in sport and movement, with particular attention to understanding the patient’s sport, activities and background. By familiarising himself with various sport disciplines, rehabilitation can be specifically adapted to the individual demands and needs of each person.
Treatment typically starts with clear patient education and targeted manual techniques to address pain and movement restrictions, followed by a progressive transition towards active exercise therapy. The aim is to help patients become stronger, more independent and sustainably resilient in daily life or sport.
He also has a background as a former gymnast and is currently active as a coach, contributing to a strong understanding of training principles, load management and the practical realities of sport at different levels.
